Microfiber
Microfiber cloth is any synthetic fabric with microscopic fibers. The cloths, sponges, mops and dusters we use on your home are all made of this microfiber. The image below is a magnified single strand of microfiber. The threads are woven to further increase the absorbency, up to 6 times their weight. Microfiber cloths have a tremendous ability to absorb germs and bacteria.
Benefits of Microfiber
- made from minimal amounts of fabric per square inch
- washable (up to 350 washes)
- extremely soft and safe for furniture
- uses static energy to absorb dust and other particles
