Q: How many cleaners will you send to my home?
A: We will send two cleaning professionals to the residence. We may send more cleaners to expedite service. You will have an opportunity to meet all the individuals that enter your home.
A: GreenSweep offers a 100% guarantee on all work, even if that means returning to the home.
A: It is entirely up to you. Just keep in mind that there will be some mild noise to deal with.
A: Noise may be a concern. We will coordinate a cleaning routine that is best for your situation. Unlike most traditional cleaning agents, our cleaners are safe to be used with children present.
A: All that we need is access to the home. We bring all the materials and supplies, including the vacuum. We generally like to use our vacuum, unless you prefer otherwise.
A: Absolutely not. Many of our clients trust us with keys to their home, but it is not mandatory. All we seek is a reliable way to gain access to the home on the day of the appointment. We will find an arrangement that works best for you.
Q: Do you do laundry or bedsheets?
A: We make beds on any visits at no charge. We will replace sheets for a small fee, depending on the number of beds. We do not do laundry. We will put your dirty sheets in the wash, if it is a service you request.
Q: What payments methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash or check at the end of each service. We can accommodate electronic payments or different payment terms for routine clients.
Q: What if I will not be home when the cleaners finish my deep clean or first service?
A: You can be billed for the visit if you prefer. This allows you to inspect the home and the quality of the work before you make a payment.
Q: How do you formulate your prices?
A: Each job is estimated on individual basis. We consider the number of bedrooms, baths and approximate square footage when determining a base figure for your job. The finer details of the home will determine any extra cost. A final price can be determined once our staff evaluates the home. We will not begin any service until a price is agreed upon, and that price will not change, unless we discuss otherwise.
